Hello girls! I hope you all doing great.
Wedding season is still on in Delhi but there is no hustle and bustle in the air. For that matter, I decided to pull up my socks and do an OOTD session, which will give you some strong vibes of this wedding season. I am not getting married as of now so please do not divert your mind in that direction.
Moving on, you know I love the term ‘simplicity’ when it comes to fashion. When I shared this sneak peak on my social media channels, you were excited to witness the full blog post on the same.
The brides today does not like wearing RED and related shades anymore. Not only brides, but all the family members are eager to wear different shades on weddings. I personally hate red color but each human being holds different tastes.
I purchased this lehanga on my brother’s wedding. It was then adorned with a jacket, which features amazing and heavy mirror work on the sleeves. So, I mix-matched the lehanga with the blouse. This blouse is designed by me and I completely love the net detailing on the sleeves. I always go for 3/4th sleeves and for the blouse as well, I opted the same. The lehanga is speaking itself, for the gorgeous border it features. If you can see at the bottom, the lehanga showcases mirror detailing accompanied by a beautiful border. The chunni features the same border. Overall, the lehanga is simple yet pretty.
There are many shops that gives jewelry on rent. I had to go through a lot of pain in this regard. Finally, I found one shop in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. They have beautiful collection of jewelry for all occasions. The lady showed me this set at first and I just fell in love with it. The look is royal and I literally felt like a Maharani during the shoot. If you notice, I am not wearing bangles, this is because the jewelry is doing its job perfectly.
Lastly, let me tell you about the MUA. I got connected with this amazing makeup artist, Disha Khanna, for the makeup to be done. She did an awesome job. She is perfect in her work and made me look this beautiful. She is the sweetest person I have ever met. Look at her work, isn’t she a magician?
There were few shots, which I wanted to be taken. Here are some more pictures from the shoot.
